Young European Shapers (YES) is a strategic youth and advocacy network supported by the European Commission under the call ERASMUS-YOUTH-2026-CSC-OG-SGA (SGA No: 101313824). Coordinated by İLKSENOL, the network connects 20+ organizations across 15+ countries to enhance democratic participation of youth, promote volunteering, and strengthen NGO capacity across Europe.

Partnership Criteria & Requirements

Strategic Vision Alignment
It is highly recommended that the organization clearly defines its vision and mission, ensuring they align with the core objectives of the network.

Human Resources and Project Experience
The applicant is expected to detail its human resource capacity (number of staff/volunteers) and provide a portfolio of previously implemented projects.

Target Group Orientation
The organization must actively work with specific target groups, particularly youth with disabilities, NEETs (not in education, employment, or training), migrants, minorities, and socio-economically disadvantaged youth or those with mental health issues.

Thematic Policy Alignment
The NGO must operate in one or more EU policy areas such as digital transformation, environment and climate, human rights, entrepreneurship, sustainability, or non-formal education.

Communication and Coordination
Providing the direct contact information of the organization’s representatives is required.

Legal Approvals and Ethics
The organization must grant GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) consent and formally agree to comply with the network’s “Code of Conduct”.
