Activity Description

The Multi-Stakeholder Roundtable Meetings are designed to create dialogue between young people, youth organizations, policy experts, and decision-makers within the framework of the Young European Shapers (YES) Project.

A total of 26 roundtable meetings will be organized across 13 countries, bringing together approximately 780 participants. The discussions will focus on challenges faced by young people and policy solutions aligned with the European Union Youth Goals, particularly Goal 1 (Connecting EU with Youth), Goal 4 (Information and Constructive Dialogue), and Goal 9 (Space and Participation for All).

Participants will contribute to policy discussions, identify local and European challenges, and formulate recommendations that will be compiled into project reports and policy outputs.

Participation Requirements

• Aged 18–30 (priority group)
• Interested in youth participation and policy development
• Willing to contribute to discussions and policy recommendations
• Available to attend the entire roundtable session
• Motivated to engage with local and European youth issues

Financial Support

No financial support will be provided to participants for attending the roundtable meetings.
